Exercise mat or yoga mat?? Pilates?? - mat pilates dvd
Do not tell my Pilates DVD on hard ground work (that's exactly what I do not see how I do that somewhat) wrong before, so now I need a rug, but there is so types. Some are camping and exercise mats, yoga mat, there are some who have even put together, it would be better for Pilates?
Those who the DVD is obviously more beds, it is difficult to know what you actually use.
