Does the NYS DMV mail replacement photo ids on time? - nys dmv stolen plates

I ordered a replacement ID mercredi 11 after stealing his wallet in the morning. Unfortunately, I have a plane that next Wednesday night and had no other identification with me. I am afraid it is not on time, but said 2 weeks ago. Has anyone ordered a license before / How long it lasts. It was early, early or late?
