What is the best method for removing wall paper in order to paint the walls? - decorative wall paper

I tried vinegar in the bathroom. It seems that something works. However, it seems that the sticky side of the wallpaper (white) remained near the wall, then immediately take the decorative side protection.

Should I paint a little more sanding adhesive side (with paint or) the first white paper, or I should be on the side, white socks and wallpapers as well and the remove it?

Suggestions?
